I need 17 perandus coins without opening a new map in SSF. I have killed Sirus no apparently no extra map device in Oriath.
Which Heist drops perandus coins?

Can't you use the Reverie Device in Act7? Once you would use the Eternal Laboratory in Act3 for mapping until you got the Map Device, then the Epilogue one but it was scrapped because Sirus. Perhaps Act7 is the one that allows you to run maps in an alternative fashion?
Alternatively, you can check if one of your Organs can give you Perandus coins. Delve too can sometime spawn a Shrine to Prospero, though I've seen just one of them in 5 years

I got maybe 2 or 3 perandus heist since I started playing. Seems rare. I have no idea what it was, maybe currency chest or generic chest.

you can farm syndicate at act 10 to farm coin. But the problem is, you can't hold the map instance forever..
